Coronavirus Information

As you are probably aware from recent news reports, Coronavirus disease 2019 has become an international public health concern. Here at Tulsa Fertility Center we are always committed to the health and well-being of our patients, staff and community. We are closely monitoring the emerging information and recommendations. 

As part of this effort, Tulsa Fertility Center is asking patients to reschedule if you can answer YES to any of the following questions:

1.  Do you have the coronavirus or believe you have been exposed to the coronavirus?
Been exposed (being within 3 feet of an ill person’s room or home for prolonged period of time)  to a person who has traveled to any country identified by the CDC to have a bacterial or viral infection outbreak, or the body of a person that has died  from known or suspected infection.

2.  Have you traveled internationally in the last 14 days to a level 2/3 risk area (China, Europe, Iran, Ireland, South Korea, and United Kingdom)?

3.  Have you taken a cruise in the last 14 days to a level 2/3 risk area?

4. Have you traveled inside the US in the last 14 days to an area of with active restrictions due to coronavirus cases?

As part of our commitment to keep you safe in our offices:

  • All employees wash hands regularly with soap and water
  • All employees are required to wear proper PPE (personal protective equipment) and to properly dispose of those between each patient
  • All employees have been directed to stop handshaking and use other noncontact methods of greeting
  • Exam rooms are thoroughly wiped down and sanitized between each patient
  • Waiting areas are also wiped down and sanitized numerous times throughout the day
  • All employees have been directed to stay home if they are feeling sick or have a sick family member
