Stanley G. Prough, M.D., specializes in infertility and reproductive endocrinology. His medical expertise includes in vitro fertilization and assisted reproductive technologies, polycystic ovary syndrome and endometriosis. He has extensive experience in microsurgery, pelviscopic surgery and the use of laser technology.
Dr. Prough graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Oklahoma College Medicine - Tulsa. From 1980 to 1986, he was in private practice in Tulsa with his practice limited to gynecology and infertility. He left to complete an approved fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of South Alabama College of Medicine, Mobile. He currently is an assistant professor of Infertility and Reproductive Endocrinology, Department of OB/GYN, at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine.
Dr. Prough is a diplomat of the National Board of Medical Examiners and the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, Society of Reproductive Surgeons, the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology, Society of Assisted Reproductive Technologies and Accreditation Council for Gynecologic Endoscopy
